## Description

For David Bowie fans looking to revisit a live performance, Glastonbury 2000 brings the concert together in a two-CD and DVD set.

The two formats offer a choice between listening to the performance and watching it on DVD, making this a practical addition for a Bowie music collection.

It’s centred on Bowie’s Glastonbury 2000 concert, with the artist and band’s live performance at the heart of the set.

## Why it’s worth it

An audio-only concert release is built for listening, this set pairs two CDs with a DVD, giving fans both audio and video formats for the same live performance. Put on the CDs for focused listening or background music, then use the DVD when you want to watch the concert. That variety makes it well suited to revisiting a favourite performance in different ways, or sharing a Bowie concert at home.

Listeners describe the concert and musical performance enthusiastically, with praise for Bowie and his band. Opinions on the sound are mixed: some buyers rate it highly, while others mention sound interruptions between songs. The live performance is the central appeal, with the DVD adding a viewing option alongside the CDs.

## Highlights

The Glastonbury 2000 title identifies the concert featured, while the 2CD/DVD format provides two audio discs and a DVD in one release. For a Bowie listener deciding between a CD-only live album and a set that also includes video, the added DVD gives this edition a distinct place in a collection. It also offers a choice of format depending on the occasion: use the CDs for an audio-led listening session, or the DVD for a concert-viewing evening.

The product measures 2.5 x 14.7 x 14.7 cm and weighs 167.83 g, a compact format for storing with other music releases. Its focus on one named live concert makes it a straightforward pick for listeners who want a particular Bowie performance rather than a general compilation.

## How to use it

Play the CDs on a compatible CD player for audio listening, or use the DVD with a compatible DVD player to watch the concert. The two options make it easy to fit the set into different listening and viewing routines. For example, the CDs can accompany time at home, while the DVD can be set up when you want to give the performance your attention. Store the discs in their case after use to keep the set together with your music collection.

It suits you if you’re looking for a David Bowie live release that offers both CD listening and a DVD viewing option. The named Glastonbury 2000 performance keeps the set focused, while its two audio discs and DVD provide more than one way to return to the concert.

## Is it worth it?

For collectors and listeners drawn to Bowie’s live work, this release combines the concert experience with practical format choice: two CDs for listening and a DVD for viewing. Its appeal is especially clear if you want a specific Glastonbury performance in your collection rather than an audio-only live release. The compact dimensions make it easy to shelve with other music, and the mix of audio and video gives you options for both everyday listening and a dedicated concert night.
