Cool Gadget Magnetic Pickup Tool Set of 3

A dropped screw can disappear behind a machine or into a dim corner just when you need it. Reaching in by hand may not be practical.

This telescoping magnetic pickup tool combines an extendable shaft with an LED light, helping you locate and retrieve magnetic metal pieces in tight spaces.

The set includes three tools, so it may suit a workshop, toolbox or car compartment where a pickup tool is useful now and then.

Key specifications

Each tool has a telescoping shaft, a magnetic head and an integrated LED flashlight. The extendable design is intended to reach into corners and other awkward spots, while the light helps illuminate shadowed areas during retrieval. The listing does not provide dimensions, battery details or a maximum reach, so there is no basis for comparing its reach or lighting runtime with a more fully specified tool.

The magnetic head is meant for items such as screws, nuts and bolts. That makes it a focused helper rather than a general-purpose grabber: it will not retrieve non-magnetic objects. For example, if a small screw slips behind a workbench, you can extend the shaft towards the gap and use the built-in light to see where the magnetic head is going. It may be less useful when the object is too large to fit through the opening or is not magnetic.

Who it’s for

This set is aimed at mechanics, technicians, DIY users and homeowners who occasionally need to recover small metal items from hard-to-reach places. The compact-storage concept also makes it relevant for a toolbox, drawer or vehicle glove compartment, rather than only a dedicated workshop bench.

Could suit you if you want a simple retrieval tool with its own light, or prefer having several tools available in different storage spots. Compared with reaching in with fingers or using a basic magnet without illumination, the extendable shaft and LED address access and visibility together. It may not be the best choice if you need to retrieve non-metal objects, or if exact reach and battery specifications are important to your decision, those details are not given here.

Package contents

The package includes three telescoping magnetic pickup tools with integrated LED flashlights. No other accessories or package contents are listed, so the three tools are the only included items that can be confirmed from the available information. Having a set of three could be handy if you want one in a toolbox, one in a drawer and another in a vehicle, though the listing does not specify a carrying case or storage holder.

Buying questions

What can the magnetic head pick up? It is intended for magnetic metal items such as screws, nuts and bolts. It is not described as suitable for non-magnetic objects.

Does each tool have a light? The product description says the tools have integrated LED flashlights to brighten dark or shadowy spaces while locating an item.

Are three tools included? Yes. The package is described as a set of three telescoping magnetic pickup tools.

Final verdict

This is a practical format for occasional retrieval jobs where a small magnetic part has fallen into a narrow, poorly lit space. The built-in light and extendable shaft offer more help than a loose magnet alone, and the three-tool set makes it easier to keep one nearby in more than one place. Choose it for magnetic metal pieces and convenient access, look for a different kind of tool if you need broader object retrieval or require confirmed reach and battery information before buying.
