## Description

Gift wrappers, crafters and anyone packing parcels need paper that can be cut to suit different tasks. This brown kraft paper roll offers a 17.5-inch width and a 100-foot length for wrapping, lining and creative projects.

Its plain brown finish gives gifts and packages a simple, natural look. Cut the paper to the size or shape you need, whether you’re preparing a parcel or setting up a craft activity.

Use it for birthdays, Christmas, Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day and other occasions, as well as floral presentation, table décor and more.

## Technical overview

The roll combines a solid brown colour with a versatile paper format. Its generous length means you can keep a roll on hand for a range of jobs instead of relying on separate sheets for each one. The paper can be trimmed to fit the item, helping reduce awkward excess when wrapping gifts or covering a surface.

- Type: Kraft paper roll
- Colour: Brown
- Material: Paper
- Size: 17.5 inches wide x 100 feet long
- Pattern: Solid

For parcels, the paper is described as resistant to tearing, moisture and scratches, helping protect packed or stored items. Buyers also speak positively about its thickness and paper quality. Opinions on the width are mixed, so the 17.5-inch format is especially useful when you can wrap an item with cut-to-size sections rather than needing one very wide sheet.

## Getting the most from it

This roll suits jobs where plain, cuttable paper is more useful than a pre-sized or patterned wrap. Use it for gift presentation, covering shelves, lining drawers, wrapping books, or adding a rustic touch to a table. It can also provide a simple background for scrapbooking and stencilling, or a neat outer layer for a flower bouquet.

For a birthday gift, cut a length to fit the parcel, fold the edges around it, then secure the wrap with tape or ribbon. The paper’s texture is described as holding ribbons and tape securely. For crafts, trim smaller pieces as needed and keep the remaining roll ready for the next project. Its plain finish also gives you a flexible surface for decorating.

Compared with patterned gift wrap sold in fixed sheets, a roll lets you choose the length for each job and use the same material for parcels, crafts and household covering. That versatility is helpful when your wrapping needs change from one occasion or project to another.

## Usage tips

Measure the item before cutting so you can set aside enough paper for the sides and folds. For an especially tidy finish, make clean cuts and fold the edges neatly before securing them. When packing, wrap the item fully and use additional protective materials where the contents require them, kraft paper is a wrapping layer, not a substitute for a purpose-built protective package.

For table décor or drawer lining, cut the paper to the area you want to cover and smooth it into place. For bouquets, shape the paper around the flowers and finish with ribbon or twine for a straightforward presentation. Keep the roll available for seasonal gifts, small business parcels and hands-on craft sessions.

## Is it worth it?

It makes sense if you want one long roll of plain brown paper that can move between gift wrapping, parcel preparation and creative or household projects. The cut-to-size format gives you control over how much you use, while the understated colour works for many occasions and pairs easily with ribbon, twine or your own decorations. Choose it for flexible everyday wrapping and craft tasks where a simple kraft-paper finish is part of the appeal.
