## Description

Need a convenient way to power several devices in a kitchen, office or dorm room? This two-pack combines six AC outlets with two USB charging ports in each power strip. An 8 ft cord gives you more flexibility in where to set up your charging station. Could one spot for plugs and USB charging help clear space on your desk or counter?

## Pros
Each strip brings AC power and USB charging together, so compatible devices such as a cell phone or tablet can charge alongside plugged-in equipment. The two USB ports are positioned at the end for easy access, while the six outlets make it practical to group everyday electronics in one location. Across the two-pack, you can set up a power station in more than one room or keep a spare strip ready for another workspace.

The 8 ft cord offers reach from the wall outlet to a desk, counter or other work area, and can be coiled when it is not in use. For a more permanent setup, the strip is mountable and comes with a surface mounting template for installation on a wall or under a desk. A power-saving on/off switch provides a direct way to turn connected equipment off when it is not needed.

## What to know
The strip is rated for 15 A, 125 V and 1,875 W, with 300-joule surge suppression. Its circuit breaker shuts off when excessive current is detected. Keep the combined load within the strip’s electrical rating when connecting equipment, and use the grounded Type B plug with a suitable outlet. The 14 AWG cord and moulded strain relief at the plug are practical details for regular use and handling.

Compared with carrying separate USB chargers alongside a basic extension cord, this layout brings AC outlets and USB charging into one unit. Buyers often highlight the convenience of the USB ports, the cord length and the sturdy feel, feedback about fit is mixed. The USB ports are suited to charging devices such as smartphones and tablets, while the AC outlets provide connections for other electronic equipment.

## Who it’s for
This two-pack suits people organizing power for everyday electronics in an office, dorm room or kitchen. For example, place one strip near a desk to connect work equipment and charge a phone, then use the other in a separate area for another group of devices. The long cord helps position each strip where it is useful, and the mounting template offers another way to keep a setup organized beneath a desk or on a wall.

## Is it worth it?
Choose this Cable Matters set when you want a practical combination of multiple AC outlets, USB charging and an extended reach in two locations. Its six outlets, two USB ports, 8 ft cord and mountable design bring useful flexibility to shared work and charging areas, while surge suppression and a circuit breaker add electrical protection features for connected equipment.
