## Usage tips
For the L/XL fit, measure around your navel rather than using your pant size. Adjust the two straps to set the brace’s compression, then position it comfortably over the lower back before securing the hook-and-loop closure. Its lightweight, low-profile design and breathable mesh panel make it suitable for daily routines when you want lumbar support without a bulky feel. The design is intended to allow a full range of movement, so it can be used during tasks such as housework, lifting, light exercise, or a workout.

To care for the brace, hand wash it in cold water with mild detergent and air dry. This helps preserve the compression straps and support stays.

## Who it’s for
This brace is made for adults who want adjustable lower-back support during everyday activity. Its dual straps allow the fit and compression to be adjusted, while the stays provide added structure. The listed uses include back support and conditions such as sciatica, arthritis, scoliosis, and herniated discs, for advice about treatment of a specific condition, consult a medical professional. It may also suit people looking for a supportive alternative to a simple belt, with stays and adjustable compression in a low-profile design.

Buyers often highlight the ease of tightening and adjusting the brace, along with comfort while sitting. Feedback on sizing and durability is mixed, making the navel measurement a useful step when selecting this L/XL version.

## What to clarify
**How should I choose the L/XL size?** Measure your circumference around the navel and use that measurement rather than your pant size. This version is listed for 90–110 cm.

**Can I wear it under everyday clothing?** Yes. Its low-profile design is intended for discreet wear under clothing or a work uniform.

**How should I wash the brace?** Hand wash it in cold water with mild detergent, then air dry. Avoid machine washing and machine drying.

## Is it worth it?
The B601 brings together adjustable compression, eight support stays, and a lightweight profile in a single lumbar brace. It is a practical choice for adults seeking structured lower-back support that can fit into daily tasks, exercise, or lifting routines. For the best fit, choose the size using the circumference around your navel.
