## Description

For a child who needs wrist support during schoolwork, play or supervised sports, the BraceUP B408 is designed for the left hand and uses two splints to help stabilize the wrist. Its hook-and-loop straps let you adjust the fit and compression, while the fingers remain free to move for activities such as reading, writing and drawing.

The one-size design fits wrist circumferences of 10–17 cm and measures 16 cm high. Check the wrist measurement and choose the left-hand version for the correct side, the listed height guidance is approximately 100–150 cm.

## On-body feel

Lightweight construction makes this brace practical for everyday wear, from a classroom desk to supervised play. The two straps fasten around the wrist, so the fit can be adjusted rather than relying on a wrap that needs to be wound into place. The fingers stay free, which supports ordinary hand activities while the brace is worn.

Two bendable plastic splints sit along the palm and back of the hand. Together, they provide a structured alternative to a simple elastic wrap, with support positioned on both sides of the wrist. The brace is made from SBR, PU foam, polyester, polyamide, spandex and latex. For care, hand wash with mild soap and cold water, then air dry.

## Where it shines

This left-hand wrist splint is intended for children’s daily activities, school, sports and use related to wrist sprains or strains. At school, the adjustable straps make it straightforward to fit before reading, writing or drawing, during supervised sports or play, the lightweight design keeps it suited to active routines. Its child-specific sizing and dual splints distinguish it from an adult brace or a basic wrap when a child-sized, more structured wrist support is the priority.

The listing is specifically for the left hand. A separate right-hand version is available, so choosing the correct orientation is part of selecting the brace. Buyers have described the adjustable fastening as easy to use and the fit as helpful, while views on the level of wrist support and sizing vary. That feedback makes the stated wrist measurement a useful practical guide when choosing this one-size brace.
