## Description

A height-adjustable bar lets children practise gymnastics movements at different stages of their training. Its steel frame uses a triangular structure for support, while the fibreglass rail provides a smooth surface for gripping. Designed for home use, this bar gives kids a dedicated place to practise and stay active. An instruction manual guides setup.

## Usage tips
Set up the bar by following the included instruction manual, then adjust its height to suit the activity and the child using it. Multiple height settings make it easier to vary practice as skills develop, or to work on different movements at a suitable height. For a home practice area, position the equipment where children have room to move around it, and supervise use as appropriate for their age and activity.

The product is described as folding, which can be useful when planning where to keep home training equipment between sessions. Its junior training-bar format is intended for children’s gymnastics practice, giving them a clear spot for movement work at home rather than relying on improvised furniture or equipment designed for another purpose.

## Key specifications
- Type: Children’s gymnastics training bar
- Frame: Steel, with a triangular structure
- Rail: Fibreglass with a smooth surface
- Height: Adjustable across multiple settings
- Use: Home training
- Setup: Instruction manual included
- Design: Folding

## Why it makes sense
The adjustable design is useful for families looking for one training bar that can be set to different heights, rather than a fixed-height option. That flexibility supports a range of practice movements and makes it easier to adapt the setup as a child’s training changes. The steel frame and triangular structure provide the main support, and the fibreglass rail gives children a smooth bar to hold during practice.

Buyers often praise the bar’s adjustability, ease of assembly and appeal to children. Feedback about stability is mixed, so careful setup according to the manual is an important part of using the equipment. The product is intended for children’s training, making it a more focused choice than general-purpose indoor play equipment when the goal is to practise gymnastics movements at home.

## Practical questions
**Can the bar be adjusted to different heights?** Yes. It has multiple height settings, allowing the bar to be adjusted for different movements and stages of practice.

**What are the frame and rail made of?** The frame is made of steel and has a triangular structure. The rail is fibreglass with a smooth surface.

**Is it designed for home use?** Yes. It is described as a junior training bar for home use, and an instruction manual is provided to guide setup.

## Final verdict
For families setting up a dedicated children’s gymnastics practice area at home, the Bongkim bar combines adjustable height, a steel triangular frame and a fibreglass rail in a folding design. Those features make it a practical choice for varied movement practice without requiring a fixed-height training bar.
