## Description

## Size & fit

At 5.8D x 10.4W x 5.6H centimetres, this compact plastic timer is designed to plug into an outlet and control an appliance through its grounded three-prong outlet. Its light sensor and selectable operating modes make it useful when a repeating schedule should follow daytime, nighttime or a continuous 24-hour cycle.

Turn the dials to set the on and off intervals, then connect a suitable appliance. The timer is suited to indoor applications such as hydroponic and aeroponic systems, where pumps or ventilation fans may need to cycle repeatedly.

## Benefits

The BN-LINK BND-60/U97A repeats an on/off cycle instead of relying on a single daily start and stop time. Set an on interval from 5 seconds to 30 minutes and an off interval from 5 seconds to 60 minutes. This gives you a straightforward way to schedule recurring operation for a humidifier, ventilation fan, pump, sprinkler or heating and cooling equipment.

Choose Day Only, Night Only or 24 Hour operation to match the schedule to the surrounding light conditions or keep the cycle running around the clock. For example, an indoor growing setup can use timed pump cycles, while a ventilation fan can be set to run intermittently during the selected mode. The photocell sensor supports the day and night operating options, and the dials keep interval adjustments direct.

Compared with a timer built around fixed daily schedules, this repeat-cycle format is intended for appliances that need regular on/off intervals. Buyers describe it as useful for applications such as aeroponics and hydroponics. Feedback on customization is mixed: some appreciate setting separate on and off durations, while others find switching between modes less intuitive. The timer’s stated indoor use and electrical rating provide practical points to match against the appliance and outlet before setting it up.

## Final verdict

This timer is a practical fit for indoor routines that call for short, repeating appliance cycles rather than a simple once-a-day schedule. Its adjustable on/off intervals, photocell-based day and night modes, and 24-hour setting support targeted use with equipment such as hydroponic pumps, aeroponic systems, humidifiers and ventilation fans. Choose it when interval control is the key requirement and you want to set the cycle with dials.
