## Description

Choose a compact routine for targeted pressure, or a larger surface for lying back and relaxing. The AyurMat Acupressure Mat and Pillow Set pairs a full-body mat with a shaped pillow for a coordinated head-to-toe setup.

Its black cover is made from linen and filled with natural coconut fibre. More than 10,000 stimulation points provide broad contact across the mat, while the pillow adds support around the head and neck.

Use the set at home for a quiet pause after a day of sitting or physical activity. Adjustable cotton straps make the mat easier to carry, and the portable storage bag keeps the pieces together between uses.

## Pros

The mat’s dense arrangement of stimulation points is designed to address muscle tension across the back and lumbar area. Rather than focusing on one small pressure point, it offers a broad surface for lying down and settling into a relaxation routine. The accompanying ergonomic pillow extends that setup to the head and neck, with a shape intended to support a comfortable cervical position.

The combination of linen and coconut fibre gives the mat a natural-fibre construction, while the spikes are made from HIPS. Their hot-pressed attachment is designed to keep them firmly connected to the mat. Buyers commonly describe the set as soothing for tired, tense muscles and relaxing before sleep. Comfort feedback is mixed, so the sensation may feel intense at first, the included user guide can help you follow the product’s intended use.

## Quick overview

This is a mat-and-pillow set for acupressure-style relaxation, with a black full-body mat and a matching ergonomic pillow. The mat measures 44.29 x 34.7 x 16.7 cm for the packaged product dimensions, and the parcel weight is 3.06 kg. Its more than 10,000 stimulation points create the defining contact surface, while the pillow provides a separate support area for the head and neck.

For a practical home routine, place the mat where you can lie down comfortably and use the pillow to support your head. The set is also designed for portability: adjustable cotton straps help with carrying the mat, and a storage bag is supplied. Buyers also mention that it is straightforward to use and roll up, making it convenient to put away after a session.

## Usage tips

Use the mat and pillow as a set when you want pressure across the back alongside head and neck support, or focus on the mat as part of a broader relaxation break. Give yourself a calm, settled space so you can get into position without rushing. If the sensation feels strong initially, follow the detailed user guide and ease into your routine at a pace that feels comfortable.

The mat can be disassembled for cleaning and storage. Keep the pieces together in the supplied portable bag when you want to carry or store the set, the adjustable cotton straps are another practical option for transporting the mat. These details suit a routine that moves between a dedicated spot at home and other places where you have room to lie down.

## Buying verdict

The AyurMat set brings together a wide stimulation surface, an ergonomic pillow and natural-fibre mat construction in one portable arrangement. It suits shoppers who want a dedicated way to unwind at home, especially when back relaxation and head-and-neck support are both part of the routine. Choose it for the combined mat-and-pillow format and its dense array of stimulation points, with the user guide on hand as you get started.
