## Description

Choosing a cold pack for a first-aid kit is easier when it is ready to use and simple to store. AllSett Health’s disposable instant ice packs come in a 25-count supply, with each pack measuring 6" x 4.5". Keep them on hand for sports, outdoor activities, travel or everyday first aid. Their single-use format makes it practical to have a cold compress available in more than one place.

## Technical overview
- Brand: AllSett Health
- Type: Disposable instant cold pack
- Size: 6" x 4.5" per pack
- Capacity: 25 packs
- Intended age range: Adult
- Ingredients: Urea (46%), water (54%)

The compact pack format is intended for common injury and first-aid situations, while the 25-count supply gives households, sports groups and active individuals several packs to organize across a first-aid kit, car or medicine cabinet. The manufacturer describes the cooling formula as non-toxic. A tear-resistant exterior supports carrying the packs in sports bags, travel luggage and hiking equipment, so a cold compress can be close at hand when plans take you away from home.

## How to use it
These packs are intended as disposable cold compresses for injury-related swelling and pain. The listed target areas include the ankle, back and neck, the product description also identifies the elbow, head, shoulder, hip, foot, wrist, knee, calf and perineal area. That range makes the packs relevant to household first aid as well as sports and outdoor activities. For example, a pack stored in a car kit can be available after an outdoor outing, while a pack kept with sports supplies can be on hand for a common sports injury. Follow the directions printed on the individual pack when preparing and applying it.

If you are choosing between a reusable cold pack and a disposable format, this product is designed for single-use convenience: take a pack from storage when a cold compress is needed, then dispose of it after use. That can be a straightforward fit for first-aid kits shared across a household, car or team setting.

## Usage tips
Store packs where they are easy to reach, such as with household first-aid supplies, in a car kit or alongside sports and outdoor equipment. Keeping the 25 packs in more than one location can make the supply useful across everyday routines, rather than relying on a single pack kept at home. The tear-resistant exterior is described as suitable for transport in a sports bag, travel luggage or hiking equipment. Since the packs are disposable, plan to replace each one after use to keep the remaining supply ready for another occasion.

## Questions before you buy
How many cold packs are in the supply? There are 25 disposable packs, each measuring 6" x 4.5".

Which body areas are they intended for? The listed uses include the ankle, back and neck, as well as areas such as the elbow, knee, wrist, shoulder and foot.

Can a pack be reused? No. These are designed as disposable, single-use cold packs.

## Final verdict
AllSett Health’s 25-pack format suits adults who want disposable cold compresses available across home, car or activity kits. The 6" x 4.5" size, transport-ready exterior and range of listed body areas make this supply a practical fit for household first aid, sports and outdoor plans.
