AllSett Health instant ice packs activate when you squeeze the centre, with no freezer needed. Need cold support away from home? Each disposable pack provides cooling for about 15 minutes. Its flexible 6 × 4.5 in format is made for common areas such as the wrist, ankle, shoulder or neck. ## Key takeaways The 100-count pack makes it practical to keep instant cold packs in several places, from a home first-aid kit to camping gear or a work bag. When an injury happens, squeeze the centre of a pack to start the cooling reaction, then place it over the affected area. This ready-to-use format offers an alternative to a freezer-dependent ice pack when you are out, travelling or taking part in sports. Each pack is disposable and flexible, with a tear-resistant exterior. The size suits many common injury areas while remaining easy to store with other first-aid supplies. Cooling lasts about 15 minutes per pack, making it useful for a short cold-compress session after a bump or strain. ## Everyday use Keep a few packs where quick access matters: in a sports bag for practice, in the car for outings, or with travel and camping supplies. They can also be stored in a household medicine cabinet or first-aid kit. When needed, activate one by squeezing its centre, the chemical reaction creates the cold compress without first chilling it in a freezer. The flexible pack can be placed over different body areas, including the head, neck, wrist, knee, ankle or shoulder. For a sports-related knock, for example, having a pack ready in a kit means you can apply a cold compress shortly after the incident rather than waiting to find ice. Once used, the pack is disposable, so there is no refreezing or storing a used pack for another session. ## Who it’s for This bulk pack is suited to households, adults with active lifestyles, sports teams and anyone assembling first-aid supplies for a car, office or outdoor trip. The 100-pack quantity helps keep instant cold compresses available in more than one location, while the compact individual format is easy to pack alongside other essentials. It suits you if you want a freezer-free option for common bumps and strains, or need cold packs ready for activities away from home. Compared with a reusable pack that needs to be chilled in advance, these single-use packs are designed for quick access when a freezer is not nearby. ## Questions before you buy **How do you activate an ice pack?** Squeeze the centre of the pack to start the reaction that makes it cold. It is ready to use without a freezer. **How long does the cooling last?** Each pack provides cooling for about 15 minutes, making it suitable for a brief cold-compress session. **Can you use a pack more than once?** No. These are disposable, single-use packs, use a fresh one when another cold-compress session is needed. ## Buying verdict AllSett Health ASG100IP is a practical choice when you want instant cold packs ready in several first-aid locations. Its squeeze-to-activate design, flexible 6 × 4.5 in size and 100-count supply make it especially useful for sports, travel, outdoor activities and everyday household preparedness. ## Images ![AllSett Health ASG100IP Instant Ice Packs, 100 Count, 6 × 4.5 in — 1](https://www.ofertitastop.com/i/srrFYPfiup0fIyd36xub6o3FM7Tq4fVOmgGi6U5W1bbd-CLc5g03OhuXrLZQtcjWP5-t0ey8r2q8h0ze-g4gvRztDcmx670hhHgj6dkuNz-j7euX09VzhrnPzA.jpg) ![AllSett Health ASG100IP Instant Ice Packs, 100 Count, 6 × 4.5 in — 2](https://www.ofertitastop.com/i/jFyKGazAlenX2-b3l7QKXv2SLlJZJ9hUw7pDM4D0Uy23ClC9G17dlNnI59jnxHuDtcqhxaODxIbjXTx5_5heG_jaNJMdjKDfyY-SnliOAMv2AOqrWClrYVJvzw.jpg) ![AllSett Health ASG100IP Instant Ice Packs, 100 Count, 6 × 4.5 in — 3](https://www.ofertitastop.com/i/ahoxJphFC_yxp6oh2KnYFcWPyqQUIEX0M3RjYNedzDqtOKg3GqExbG4dt54fD_YzXB5qKr1Hy_rt8heELntxiyOZhypgQgg1KWIm-Psg0YWZTiXixjio8cjqVA.jpg) ![AllSett Health ASG100IP Instant Ice Packs, 100 Count, 6 × 4.5 in — 4](https://www.ofertitastop.com/i/ov7_UUETu4Mw6FJDbDcderQG2beRnPCD2y3GxR8HEhyMDRLdwyk435ojeKNMyZavQJv8lSW2WhZJ-6HlNaxQl58QKuXrWGCmy-bmD5murecB1dw_KWd4uXywlQ.jpg) ![AllSett Health ASG100IP Instant Ice Packs, 100 Count, 6 × 4.5 in — 5](https://www.ofertitastop.com/i/bmelCpW2pFUni5QWwrQ_Mj4sdP8-eBrM_nxh3xPPUFMulEUKNDieps3NKRhCfQR7UcvipSnQr7Cg69pgKZeNVp_fy2ia9ALCh7wxfsmMUzFk9HxlpxJoh7PFCw.jpg)
