## Description

## Practical tips
For a DIY builder turning a tabletop into a bench, coffee table or desk, these ALLCOS metal legs provide a ready-made rectangular base in a black finish. Their 16-inch format is suited to custom furniture projects, from live-edge tops to entryway and side tables, while the pre-drilled mounting plates make it straightforward to attach the legs to a suitable board.

The maker recommends using a board at least 2 inches wider than the leg assembly. Position the legs, fasten them through the mounting holes with the supplied screws, then fit the foot mats to help protect the floor and reduce sliding. For routine care, wipe the legs with a damp cloth.

## Key specifications
- Type: Set of 2 rectangular metal furniture legs
- Model: AC-TL-009-LA
- Size: 16-inch height with pads, 11.8-inch width
- Material: Iron
- Colour and finish: Black baking finish
- Mounting: Pre-drilled plates, screw-in installation
- Included: 2 table legs, 12 screws and 4 foot mats

## Benefits
The rectangular profile gives a tabletop a defined, modern base, making this set a practical choice when you want a coordinated frame rather than separate individual legs. Use it to build a custom bench or coffee table, or to give an entryway table, side table or desk a new foundation. The black finish pairs naturally with a range of tabletop styles, including live-edge and river-table designs.

Each leg has a pre-drilled mounting plate, so the attachment points are ready for installation instead of requiring you to lay out and drill a pattern from scratch. The included foot mats add a floor-contact layer, and the supplied screws help keep the basic mounting hardware together for the project. Together, these details make the set useful for planned furniture builds as well as tabletop replacements.

Buyers often praise the legs’ sturdy feel, finished appearance and straightforward installation, and describe using them for benches and side-table projects. Those impressions align with the set’s iron construction and mounting-plate design, while the rectangular format offers a clear alternative to assembling a base from separate straight legs.

## Questions before you buy
**What can these legs be used to build?** They are intended for custom benches, live-edge coffee tables, river tables, entryway and end tables, side tables, tool tables, desks and live-edge tabletops.

**What comes in the set?** The set contains two table legs, twelve screws and four foot mats, giving you the listed legs and mounting pieces for the project.

**How do the legs attach to a tabletop?** The mounting plates have pre-drilled holes and use screw-in installation. The maker recommends a board at least 2 inches wider than the leg assembly, fit the supplied foot mats at the bottoms of the legs.

## Final verdict
For furniture makers who want a black rectangular base for a custom bench or table, the ALLCOS set brings together iron construction, pre-drilled mounting plates and floor-contact mats in one matching pair. Its 16-inch format and broad range of listed tabletop projects make it a useful starting point for building or refreshing functional, modern furniture.
