## Description

The reusable gel pack offers both hot and cold use, giving you one flexible option for targeted comfort at home. Its 10.5 x 14.5 in size provides coverage for areas such as the back, knee or shoulder, while the adjustable strap helps hold it in place.

Use it chilled or warmed according to your needs. The pliable gel and divided sections help the pack sit across the body, and its reusable design makes it easy to keep ready for another use.

## Size & fit

Measuring 10.5 x 14.5 in, the pack is sized to cover a broad area rather than a small, single point. It can be positioned on the back, knee, shoulder, hip, waist, arm or leg. The included strap is 2 in wide and 27.6 in long, and can extend up to 40 in to help secure the pack around different areas. Its adjustable fit is useful when you want to rest with the pack in place instead of holding it by hand.

## What you’ll notice day to day

Choose cold use by placing the pack in the freezer for 1 hour, or warm it in the microwave for 40 seconds. The gel is designed to remain pliable when frozen, so it can be gently shaped around a knee or shoulder. Two dividing lines help distribute the gel across the pack, while the nylon and vinyl construction and double-sealed seams support repeated use. For skin comfort, place a towel or cloth between the pack and your skin.

Would one pack that handles both warming and cooling be simpler than keeping separate packs for each? This reusable design offers both options in the same format. Buyers often appreciate its size and flexibility, feedback on how long it holds temperature and how well the strap works is mixed, so the adjustable fastening may be most useful when it suits the area being treated.
