Akvsops Men's Incontinence Boxer Briefs, 3-Pack, 100 mL Core, XL

For work, commuting or a day out, these Akvsops boxer briefs provide washable underwear with a built-in absorbent core for bladder leaks. The familiar boxer-brief shape fits into an everyday wardrobe while the layered construction is designed to manage moisture discreetly.

Each pair has a four-layer design: a moisture-wicking liner, an absorbent core rated for up to 100 mL, a waterproof barrier and a cotton-spandex outer fabric. The core is described as fast-absorbing, helping keep moisture contained as you go about your day.

This three-pack includes two black pairs and one grey pair, in XL. The stretch waistband and soft leg seams are designed for a secure, comfortable fit under jeans, shorts or other everyday clothing.

What matters most

The built-in core holds up to 100 mL, and the waterproof barrier adds a layer of leak protection. Together, these features make the briefs a practical alternative to adding a separate absorbent pad to regular underwear. Their reusable design also gives you a washable option for routine bladder protection, while the boxer-brief cut looks like everyday underwear rather than a separate protective garment.

The fabric is 95% cotton and 5% spandex. A moisture-wicking liner sits over the absorbent core, with the waterproof layer beneath it. The waistband stretches to fit, and soft leg seams help the briefs sit comfortably through daily activities. With three pairs in two colours, you can rotate them through your regular laundry routine.

Care & maintenance

Machine wash in cold water at 30°C or below, and hang to dry. Do not use bleach or a dryer. Following these care directions supports repeated use of the washable briefs and makes them straightforward to include with everyday laundry.

Best use cases

These briefs are intended for men who want built-in protection for urine leaks during daily activities, travel, work or commuting. They can also be worn for exercise or overnight use, and the manufacturer identifies recovery care as another intended use. The boxer-brief design provides a familiar option when you prefer a reusable garment over disposable protection or a separate pad.

For example, they can be worn under work clothes for a commute, then washed and reused as part of a regular rotation. The absorbent core, moisture-wicking liner and waterproof barrier each have a defined role in that use: managing moisture within an underwear-style garment. The pack’s black and grey colour selection offers a simple choice for everyday outfits.
