## Description

Small-group online meetings work better when voices can be picked up around the table. The AIRHUG 01 is a conference speakerphone designed for calls with several people, with 360° voice pickup and noise-reduction processing.

Connect it to a computer with USB-C for plug-and-play use, or use Bluetooth with a compatible device. It supports meeting apps including Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Skype, Google Meet, Webex and FaceTime.

For a shared home-office table or a small conference room, its speaker and microphone bring call audio into one compact device. The included carry bag makes it practical to pack for meetings away from your desk.

## Where it shines

The AIRHUG 01 is suited to small-group calls where participants need to speak naturally from different seats. Its microphone picks up voices within 6 ft, and the speakerphone is described for meetings with 4–6 people. That makes it a useful alternative to passing a laptop around or relying on one person to speak directly into its built-in microphone.

An integrated DSP processor uses echo-cancelling and noise-reduction algorithms to process call audio. The noise reduction is designed to address background sounds such as engine noise, babble and howling, helping make conversation easier to follow in a home office or shared meeting space. Buyers often highlight ease of use and home-office suitability, feedback on sound quality and Bluetooth connectivity is mixed.

## Key points

- Connectivity: Bluetooth and USB-C, with two devices able to connect at the same time
- Voice pickup: 360° coverage, microphone pickup within 6 ft
- Meeting size: Suitable for 4–6 people
- Compatible apps: Zoom, Skype, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Webex and FaceTime
- Included: Speakerphone, carry bag, USB-A to USB-C cable, USB-C to USB-C cable and user manual

USB connection is plug and play with Windows 7, 8, 10 and 11, Mac OS, Android and Linux systems. A mute function is available on the speakerphone, its mute button does not sync with the mute control in Microsoft Teams calls.

## Everyday use

Set the speakerphone on the meeting table and connect it to a computer or compatible mobile device. USB-C offers a direct wired setup, while Bluetooth gives you a wireless connection option. The unit measures 10 x 10 x 2 cm and weighs 170 g, so it is easy to place on a desk or pack in its carry bag for a business trip. Its compact format suits people who move between a home workspace and in-person meetings without wanting a larger conference unit.

## Questions before you buy

**Can it connect to a computer over USB and to another device over Bluetooth at the same time?** Yes. The AIRHUG 01 supports a USB-C connection and a Bluetooth connection to two devices simultaneously.

**Which meeting apps can I use with it?** It is compatible with Zoom, Skype, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Webex, FaceTime and most online meeting apps.

**Does the speakerphone mute control sync with Microsoft Teams?** No. The speakerphone’s mute button does not sync with the mute switch in Teams calls, so use the call controls as needed when managing mute status.

## Buying verdict

Choose the AIRHUG 01 for shared-table video calls that need a dedicated speaker and 360° microphone pickup in a portable format. Its USB-C and Bluetooth options support different meeting setups, while noise reduction and echo cancellation are designed to make group conversations clearer and easier to manage.
