## Description

The 15 mm dual-action orbit helps cover more surface with each pass, while the five-speed dial lets you adjust the pace for different detailing tasks. The AIDERAR GIN21V-DA15 is a cordless car polisher designed for DeWalt 20V MAX batteries, with a 5-inch backing plate for automotive polishing and waxing.

Choose a slower setting for waxing and buffing, or increase the speed for polishing and paint-defect work. Its cordless format suits detailers who want to work without a power cord, while the auxiliary handle and extended body provide additional grip options as you move across a vehicle.

## Highlights

A brushless motor powers the dual-action motion, and low-vibration operation supports a more controlled feel during longer polishing sessions. The five-speed dial offers a no-load range of 2,000–4,600 OPM: the product information recommends low speed for waxing and buffing, medium for polishing and cleaning, and high for paint defects and oxidation. With a 15 mm orbit and 5-inch backing plate, it’s suited to broader vehicle surfaces as well as routine detailing tasks.

The tool is designed for DeWalt 20V MAX batteries and chargers, it is not compatible with the DCBP520 battery. The battery and charger are not included. Supplied accessories include a towel, auxiliary handle, 5 mm hex key, user manual, polishing pad set and pad bonnet set. The pads cover heavy, medium and light cutting tasks, giving you options for waxing, cleaning, polishing and finishing.

## Usage tips

Match the speed and pad to the job: use the low setting for waxing and buffing, a medium setting for cleaning and polishing, and a high setting for paint-defect and oxidation work. The included pad set is organized around heavy-cut, medium-cut and light-cut tasks, so you can select an approach suited to the stage of your detailing work. Fit the auxiliary handle when you want an additional grip point, and use a compatible DeWalt 20V MAX battery to power the tool.

## Everyday use

For a vehicle detail, the variable-speed dial makes it practical to move between applying wax, polishing a panel and refining the finish without switching to a different polisher. The cordless design can also be useful when working around a car where a cord would get in the way. If you’re choosing between a compact approach for smaller, targeted work and a larger-orbit polisher for covering broader panels, the 15 mm orbit is geared towards the latter.

Buyers commonly describe the polisher as easy to use and appreciate its speed control and performance for car and other surface work. Feedback on durability is mixed, so those impressions are best treated as individual experiences rather than a promise of service life.

## What to clarify

**Which batteries does it use?** It is designed for DeWalt 20V MAX batteries and chargers, but is not compatible with the DCBP520. The battery and charger must be supplied separately.

**How do the speed settings suit different jobs?** The no-load range is 2,000–4,600 OPM. The recommended uses are low for waxing and buffing, medium for polishing and cleaning, and high for paint defects and oxidation.

**What comes with the polisher?** The set includes the tool, a towel, auxiliary handle, 5 mm hex key, user manual, polishing pad set and pad bonnet set.

## When it makes sense

This polisher is a practical fit for car owners and detailers who already use compatible DeWalt 20V MAX batteries and want a cordless tool for waxing, polishing, cleaning and paint-correction tasks. Its adjustable speed, 15 mm orbit and range of included pads support different stages of a vehicle detail with one tool.
