## Description

For karaoke hosts, event speakers and performers who need two people to use microphones at once, the AFUOO W60 Pro pairs two handheld wireless microphones with one dual-mic receiver. Its 2.4 GHz transmission offers a maximum range of 200 feet, giving singers and speakers room to move during a party, wedding or stage event. The microphones have anodized aluminium bodies, and the set includes a 6.35 mm receiver and a 3.5 mm adapter for connecting to supported sound equipment.

If your setup needs two wireless mics rather than a single wired microphone kept beside the speaker, this set brings both transmitters and their shared receiver together. Automatic pairing helps make setup straightforward, connect the receiver to a compatible microphone input and power on the system.

## How to use it

Connect the receiver to the MIC input on a compatible karaoke machine, amplifier, mixer, PA system or speaker. Use the supplied 3.5 mm adapter when the equipment’s microphone input uses that connection, the receiver itself has a 6.35 mm plug. It is designed for microphone inputs, not AUX, line or XLR inputs, and it is not compatible with PC or Mac devices. The receiver also needs to connect to an amplifier, audio system or karaoke machine to produce sound.

Power on the microphones and receiver and they automatically connect, without manual channel adjustment. Each microphone uses two AA batteries, and the receiver uses one, five AA batteries are included. The maker gives runtime estimates of 15 to 17 hours for each microphone and 9 to 11 hours for the receiver, based on the included 1.5V 2000mAh alkaline batteries. For stable reception, the maker recommends a distance of 30 metres or less and keeping the receiver clear of metal and walls. Avoid covering the bottom of a microphone, where its antenna is located.

## Why it’s worth it

Two microphones make it easier to share a song, alternate between speakers or run a karaoke session without passing one mic back and forth. DSP noise reduction and automatic frequency switching are designed to support clear sound and a simple connection process, while the receiver’s two gain modes let you adjust input sensitivity for your setup. The microphones’ anodized aluminium bodies have a non-slip finish, and the receiver’s gain can be selected before use. Adjust overall microphone volume at the MIC VOL control on the connected speaker or mixer.

Buyers often appreciate the straightforward setup, while views on sound quality, reliability and battery life are mixed. For a smaller presentation where performers stay beside the sound system, a wired microphone may suit the setup, this two-mic wireless kit is designed for shared singing and speaking with more freedom to move.
