1Mii DS220 HiFi Bluetooth 5.3 Receiver with LDAC, aptX HD and OLED Display

If you want to stream music from a phone or computer through a home stereo, the 1Mii DS220 adds Bluetooth audio without replacing your receiver or amplifier. Bluetooth 5.3, LDAC and aptX HD support wireless playback, while the built-in ES9018K2M DAC and selectable EQ presets give you practical ways to shape your listening setup.

Choose it to bring wireless playback to existing audio equipment, a dedicated streamer is a different route for building a separate streaming setup. The DS220 is designed to connect with home stereos, AV receivers, amplifiers and powered speakers.

Getting the most from it

Connect the DS220 to your audio system using its optical or RCA output, or use the 3.5 mm AUX output where it suits your setup. You can send audio to it over Bluetooth or USB, making it useful for streaming from a compatible phone or computer as well as for USB audio input. Its supported Bluetooth codecs include LDAC and aptX HD, alongside aptX Low Latency, aptX, AAC and SBC.

For example, pair a phone with the receiver and play music through speakers already connected to your amplifier. The OLED display shows details such as codec, sample rate, volume and track information, so you can check playback at a glance. Seven built-in EQ presets let you select a sound profile to suit what you are listening to, and the stated operating range is 100 ft / 30 m.

Pros

The DS220 brings wireless audio to equipment you already own, so you can keep using a familiar amplifier and speaker arrangement while adding Bluetooth playback. Multiple output options help it fit different stereo connections, and USB input adds another way to feed audio into the receiver. LDAC and aptX HD support, together with the built-in DAC, are useful features for listeners looking to stream through a home audio system rather than rely on a phone’s built-in speaker.

Buyers commonly praise the sound and straightforward Bluetooth connection, and some also appreciate the display’s playback information. Feedback on the display itself is mixed, so it is best treated as a helpful readout rather than the main reason to choose the receiver.

Final verdict

The 1Mii DS220 is a practical way to add Bluetooth and USB audio input to a home stereo, AV receiver or amplifier. Its choice of outputs, high-resolution Bluetooth codec support, OLED readout and EQ presets make it especially useful for listeners who want to stream through their existing audio setup and keep control of how they connect and listen.
