## Description

## Best use cases

Keep a wired audio or VR headset close at hand while tidying its cable around your computer setup. The NZXT Puck combines a headset mount with a place to wind away extra cable, helping free up desk space and keep accessories organised between sessions.

Its magnets attach to a computer case or another steel surface, so the Puck can sit where it’s convenient to reach.

## Why it makes sense

The Puck brings two everyday jobs together: storing a headset and managing excess cable. Wind the spare length around it, then hang an audio or VR headset from the mount. This gives the headset a designated place rather than leaving it on the desk, while keeping its cable together when it’s not in use.

The two magnetically joined sections can be separated to provide extended cable coverage. Each half can also be used separately as a mount, giving you another way to organise cables or position accessories around your setup. For a practical example, place the Puck on a steel computer case beside your desk, wind in the extra headset cable, and hang the headset within easy reach when you finish using it.

The silicone construction is non-conductive and easy to clean, while the magnetic mounting design lets you attach the Puck to a PC case or another steel surface without making it a permanent part of the desk. If you’re choosing between a dedicated headset stand and a cable organiser, this compact design combines both functions in one accessory.

## Practical questions

**What can the NZXT Puck hold?** It is designed to mount audio or VR headsets and manage the extra length of wired accessory cables. Its maximum weight capacity is 2 kilograms.

**Where can it be mounted?** The magnets attach it to a computer case or another steel surface. Choose a position that keeps the headset accessible and suits the layout of your setup.

**Can it be used for cable management on its own?** Yes. The magnetically joined sections separate to provide extended cable coverage, and each half can also be used separately as a mount. The silicone can be cleaned easily.

## Buying verdict

For a desk setup with a wired headset or VR headset, the NZXT Puck offers a straightforward way to store the headset and keep excess cable organised together. Its compact white design, separable sections and magnetic attachment make it a useful choice when you want everyday accessories close by without leaving them loose on the desk.
