## Description

## Practical tips

For a first-person shooter session on a PlayStation 4 or PlayStation 5 controller, the Galaxy Crystal thumbsticks give each thumbstick a different height to support distinct aiming and movement tasks. The mid-rise stick is designed for the left side, while the high-rise stick is designed for the right, helping you move comfortably and make more precise aiming adjustments.

Their crystal-clear finish adds a coordinated look to your controller, and the soft, grippy tops provide a tactile surface under your thumbs. The transparent four-prong stems attach to the controller thumbsticks for a secure fit.

## Where it shines

The mixed-rise layout is the defining feature: a mid-rise left stick supports easy movement, while the higher right stick is intended to increase precision when aiming. That makes this set particularly relevant to FPS players who want a more specialised thumbstick arrangement, rather than a matching pair at the same height. The soft, laser-etched tops add grip, while the clear stems and crystal finish keep the controller’s appearance in view.

In a match, the left thumb can stay focused on positioning and movement as the right makes finer adjustments to aim. The different heights help distinguish those roles by feel, without relying on colour-coded parts. It’s a practical choice for players looking to change their controller’s thumbstick setup while keeping the familiar PS4 or PS5 controller format.

Buyer feedback highlights functionality and improved aiming as positives. Durability comments are less favourable, so the reported experiences are mixed overall, these are individual customer impressions rather than a guarantee of performance or lifespan.

## Practical questions

**Which controllers are these designed for?** They are described for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 controllers, making them suitable for players using either console’s controller.

**How are the two heights intended to be used?** The mid-rise thumbstick is intended for the left side to support movement, and the high-rise thumbstick is intended for the right side to support aiming precision.

**What is the finish and top material?** The thumbsticks have a crystal-clear plastic design, with soft, grippy tops and transparent stems.

## Is it worth it?

For PS4 and PS5 players who want a purpose-built FPS layout, this set pairs a movement-focused mid-rise left stick with a precision-focused high-rise right stick. Its grippy tops and clear crystal finish add practical and visual distinction, making it a considered way to tailor a controller for shooter gameplay.
