## Description

For cooks who want more than one board for everyday food preparation, the Epicurean S/M set pairs a small and a medium cutting surface. Choose a compact board for a quick chop or a larger surface when you need more room. Both are made from cellulose fibre treated with natural wood fibres, and both sides can be used.

## Tech specs

- Medium board: 29.0 x 22.7 x 0.6 cm

## Usage tips
The two sizes give you a choice of working area during meal preparation. Reach for the small board when you are handling a modest amount of ingredients, use the medium board when a broader surface suits the task. If you prefer one large board for every stage of preparation, that is a different approach, this set is useful when having two sizes on hand matters more.

Each board is thin and light, making it straightforward to pick up and move between the bench and table. The surfaces are reversible, so either side can be used for chopping. Their non-porous surface helps prevent bacteria from entering the material, and the boards are described as being gentle on knives. After use, they can be cleaned in the dishwasher, a practical option for keeping kitchen clean-up simple.

## Everyday use
Use the boards for everyday jobs such as chopping vegetables and slicing meat, then bring one to the table as a serving surface. Having a small and a medium board lets you select a size to suit the amount of food or the space available, rather than reaching for one board for every task. For instance, the smaller board can handle a quick preparation job, while the medium board offers a wider area when you are preparing more ingredients. The reversible design gives each board two usable surfaces, helping make the most of the set in a busy kitchen.

The natural wood-fibre material gives the set a wood-based look while remaining a treated synthetic material. That distinction is useful when choosing between a conventional solid-wood board and a lighter, dishwasher-safe option: this set combines natural wood fibres with easy-care instructions. Its two sizes also make it a practical gift for someone setting up a kitchen or refreshing their everyday prep tools.

## Buying verdict
Choose the Epicurean S/M set if you want two lightweight, reversible boards for chopping, slicing and serving, with a small and medium size to suit different preparation jobs. The natural wood-fibre material, knife-friendly surface and dishwasher-safe care make it a useful fit for regular kitchen use.
