The ELECOM M-HT1DRXBK HUGE combines that control with a palm rest, an optical sensor and wireless operation for a more considered way to work at a computer.

Eight buttons, forward and back controls, and a tilt wheel make everyday navigation more direct. You can assign functions to the buttons and scrolling directions to suit the tasks you do most often.
